Job summary

Centerline Logistics is seeking an experienced Marine Operations Manager to supervise inland towing vessels from Corpus Christ TX to Pascagoula MS, and to oversee vessel inspections, scheduling, and safety programs.

You will lead a team of Captains, Mates, and Deck Crews, develop operating procedures and interface with customers to ensure safe, efficient service delivery across Gulf Inland Waters.

Qualifications

• Management experience supervising marine personnel and vessels.
• Able to travel to out ports and interface with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Captains, Mates and Deck Crews.
• Conduct vessel inspections and ensure SIRE readiness.
• Schedule SIRE inspections and conduct incident investigations.
• Develop operating and cost-control procedures for company vessels.
• Interface with customers and coordinate vessel scheduling.
• Operate company vessels as Captain when directed by leadership.
• Maintain safety records and ensure spill-free operations.
