Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Inland Execution leader to drive flawless execution across the inland network in a fast-growing market. You will oversee cost drivers, liaise with internal teams, and promote efficient, resilient supply chain solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in container logistics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders to deliver improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in the container business.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a complex environment.
• Ability to gain respect from internal and external stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution per customer requirements and established processes.
• Align inland strategy with cross-border strategy in coordination with product teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inland execution and reduce costs.
• Manage intermodal contingencies with vendors and the Execution Control Tower.
• Support commercial desks by promoting inland solutions to grow revenue.
• Drive cost leadership for services in the region in collaboration with Procurement.
