Arrow Systems, Inc. manufactures and distributes industrial digital printing and finishing equipment to customers worldwide. A dependable, hands-on technician is sought to join our team in the United States.

You will assemble, test, install, and maintain printing equipment, traveling for installations and repairs as needed. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and basic networking issues while providing excellent customer service by phone, email, and on-site at customer

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with industrial printing equipment.
• Comfortable using basic tools and computers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, install, and maintain printing equipment.
