Qualifications

• 7+ years in inkjet app development or additive manufacturing with 2+ years in electronic/RF/microwave components.
• Proficiency with industrial inkjet systems, piezoelectric and thermal printheads, waveform tuning, and micro‑pen dispensers.
• Ability to troubleshoot printers, debug hardware/software, and refine print files with standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Test inks, printheads, and substrates for quality, cycle time, compatibility, and customer needs.
• Operate and optimize industrial inkjet printers and micro‑pen dispensers for high‑precision electronics.
• Evaluate fluid‑structure interactions and tune waveforms for flexible/RF/microwave electronics.
• Work with sales to define requirements, configure printing solutions, prototype, and estimate costs.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept evaluations on electronics substrates.
• Prepare reports, white papers, proposals, and demonstrations for DoD and government contracts.
• Troubleshoot fluidic, hardware, software, and integration issues for field teams and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and train customer teams.
