Qualifications

• 7+ years in inkjet app development or additive manufacturing
• 2+ years on electronic/RF/microwave components
• Advanced knowledge of industrial inkjet systems and printhead tech
• Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial printers and debugging hardware/software

Responsibilities

• Test inks, printheads, and substrates for quality, cycle time and requirements
• Operate and optimize industrial inkjet printers and micro‑pen dispensers
• Tune printing waveforms for flexible and RF/microwave electronics
• Define customer requirements, configure custom printing solutions, prepare cost estimates
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept evaluations on specialized electronics substrates
• Support DoD and government contracts with white papers and demos
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for field teams and subcontractors
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions for defect‑free components
• Perform customer site visits and develop work plans
• Train customer engineers and document procedures
