Qualifications

• Previous production experience in industrial, manufacturing settings.
• Strong attention to detail in mixing inks, operating machines, and quality checks.
• Willingness to rotate between swing shifts during training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around large equipment.
• Basic data entry and computer use for production records.
• Ability to read and write English to follow procedures.
• Reliable attendance during the 90-day temp-to-hire period.
• Experience in quality control within a production/industrial setting.
• Comfort working in warm conditions around inks and other materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor to support daily production.
• Mix and pour inks according to formulas to ensure color/quality.
• Load, set up, and operate printing machines safely under guidelines.
• Carry out Passover duties to maintain workflow.
• Conduct quality checks on prints and ink colors for defects.
• Perform basic data entry to record production info and results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety procedures around large presses and at heights.
• Collaborate with trainers and team members across shifts during training.
• Adapt to rotating shifts during training and production schedules.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance during the 90-day period.
