INX International Ink Co. Lebanon plant is hiring a Production Operator, or Ink Technician, to join our team in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You will create ink batches safely and efficiently, following established procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic math/reading skills. Forklift operation is included in the responsibilities, with a shift schedule of Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math, communication and mechanical logic skills; multitask capability.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch instructions to weight batches, change and mix inks.
• Understand proper mixing procedures and raw materials.
• Mix batches of ink and make additions as directed; packaging finished product.
• Operate a forklift.
