Job summary

Associa is seeking a Print Production Operator to support Ink Operations by operating, assisting with, or completing production, fulfillment, equipment, quality, inventory, and workflow tasks. This role is hands-on and may work across multiple production functions based on business needs.

The position requires following instructions, meeting deadlines, and maintaining safe, clean work areas while lifting and moving materials as needed. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, production, fulfillment, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment involving production equipment, fulfillment, packaging, supplies, and shipping materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials/equipment with accommodations available.
• Flexibility to work shifts or schedules outside normal business hours based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, support, or assist with Ink Operations production functions including presses and finishing equipment.
• Read and follow job instructions, work orders, and quality requirements.
• Move materials and finished work through the operation as needed.
• Support equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and workflow delays.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas.
• All other duties as assigned by Ink Operations leadership.
