The facility is a very clean and organized pre-printing environment equipped with large industrial printing presses that can be 30 to 40 feet tall. You may work at heights as part of normal duties, so you should feel comfortable working above ground level. The temperature can be very warm during the summer months, and the role involves working around inks and other materials that may cause you to get dirty, including occasional ink spills. Training and production primarily occur on swing shift, with hours during training typically from 2:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and transitioning after training to approximately 2:45 p.m. to 1:0 a.m. You may move between shifts during the training process to work with different trainers, and you will receive at least one weeks notice before any shift change, with a weekend to adjust to the new schedule.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
