Job summary

Ball Corporation in Westminster, CO is seeking an Engineer for Ink & Graphics to lead innovation projects for aluminum packaging. You will apply DoE, statistics, and FMEA to deliver high-speed manufacturing solutions while coordinating with global teams and suppliers.

This hybrid on-site role includes travel and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in printing, coating or decoration

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science or related discipline.
3+ years of product, process or material development in manufacturing or engineered product environments.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing supplier relationships.
Experience using DoE, statistics and FMEA to drive development and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute ink, coating, and graphics projects for beverage packaging.
Develop robust solutions meeting aesthetic, functional and production needs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders with data-driven decisions.
Perform cost-impact analyses and support technical decision-making with data summaries.
