Job summary

The role emphasizes DoE, FMEA, and statistical analysis to develop robust packaging solutions and mitigate risks, while driving cost-efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related.
• At least 3 years in product, process, or material development in manufacturing.
• Experience with printing, coating, or high-speed decoration processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ink, coating, and graphics projects for beverage packaging applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and suppliers to guide technical decisions.
• Identify and develop emerging technologies to address capability gaps.
• Develop CTQ parameters and ensure alignment to performance and manufacturability.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation across projects.
