Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Material Science & Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to interpret technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging ink, coating, and graphics technologies via scouting and assessments.
• Research market trends and materials for beverage packaging innovation.
• Develop prototype concepts and prove-of-concept samples for next-gen decoration and coatings.
• Assist in lab-scale sample prep, testing, and performance evaluation of inks and coatings.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to organize technical information and improve searchability.
• Analyze data and present findings to support innovation decisions.
