Job summary

Forvia seeks an IPEX Specialist to link production units with technical services, defining and implementing processes per state-of-the-art standards. You will lead process definition and deployment of best practices within the IPEX network, coordinating with regional teams and supporting KPI analysis.

Responsibilities include interface with Product Engineer during serial life, PFMEA, and defining tools/equipment with IPM/IPE.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Product Engineer (R&D) for monitoring the product design during serial life.
• Define the manufacturing process documents and perform PFMEA.
• Participate in definitions of new tools & equipment with IPM/IPE during program phases.
• Define investment and manpower needs and release plant/cell lay-out.
• Contribute to machine installation, reception, and KPI maintenance; analyze malfunctions; support FES processes.
