Job summary

Forvia is seeking an IPEX Specialist to link production units with technical services, defining and implementing manufacturing processes in line with state-of-the-art IPEX standards.

The role coordinates productivity actions, supports product changes in production, and drives best-practice deployment across the IPEX network while ensuring health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Ability to define and optimize manufacturing processes in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Product Engineer for monitoring product design during serial life.
• Define manufacturing process documents and perform PFMEA.
• Define tools & equipment needs and coordinate with IPM/IPE during programs.
• Release and update plant/cell layouts and define line cycle times.
• Contribute to installation and deployment of production means and KPI tracking.
• Analyze malfunctions and support continuous improvement through FES processes.
