A leading automotive technology group is looking for an IPEX Specialist to act as the link between production units and technical services. You will oversee process definition and implementation, coordinate improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards. With a bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years in a manufacturing role, preferably in automotive, you will thrive in a dynamic environment focused on sustainability and innovation. The role requires expertise in injection molding and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of FES basics.
• Ability to work on matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate productivity actions and support product modifications within the production unit.
• Perform PFMEA and contribute to the definitions of new tools and equipment.
• Analyze malfunctions and implement FES processes.
