Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
• 2+ years in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

• Define the manufacturing process documents and PFMEA to ensure robust production.
• Define investment and manpower needs and set layout and tooling requirements with IP M/IPE during program phases.
• Release and update the plant/cell layout, and define cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations.
• Organize and maintain KPIs, analyze malfunctions, and drive improvements via FES, SMED and related processes.
• Lead and train the IPEX network, coordinate regional actions, and share best practices across sites.
