Magna Exteriors is seeking an experienced professional to support injection molding processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will initiate and adjust molding processes, monitor equipment, and work with the Production Team Leader to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in a technical field and 3+ years of related experience with plastics processing, automation, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a technical field is required.
• Six years of related experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with injection molding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate machine process, adjust within tolerance, and recommend changes for efficiency.
• Operate cranes, robotics, and molding machines.
• Monitor injection molding processes for smooth operation.
• Resolve process problems and non-conformities with production team.
• Assist in setup/startup of new tools and resins for trials.
