Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on machine setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with thermoplastic materials and SOPs.
• Ability to work with MES, SAP and Microsoft Office systems.

Aufgaben

• Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts.
• Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs.
• Troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain, monitor, and support injection molding machines.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation.
• Participate in 5S activities and improvement projects.
