Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up molding machine parameters to produce quality parts for production.
• Troubleshoots and performs process changes on the injection molding machine and programs robots.
• Ensures machines run efficiently and parts meet quality standards.
• Sets up all auxiliary and secondary equipment as required.
• Trains operators to run production parts and monitor quality.
• Performs basic machine maintenance and replaces standard mold components.
• Participates in root cause analysis and supports production needs.
• Adheres to safety and quality standards.
