Job summary

Integrity Fusion Products is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician II in Peachtree City, GA to maintain and optimize injection molds and related equipment. The role requires knowledge of technical drawings, some 2D/3D CAD experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, precision measuring instruments, and hand tools related to mold maintenance.
• Familiarity with mold design, materials, and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Supports continuous improvement activities.
• Supports implementation of new injection molding tools and its peripherals.
• Work with vendors to resolve tooling issues.
• Disassembly and assembly of injection molding tools.
• Responsible for managing the mold spare parts.
• Maintain mold readiness according to production schedule.
• Carry out necessary manual work on the workbench.
• Check tools and components for wear, replace defective and worn parts, and rework tools and molds if necessary.
• Test repaired tools and molds as specified.
• Assist with mold changes and setups, ensuring molds are properly installed and aligned for production runs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
