Job summary

Starlink is seeking an Injection Molding Technician on the 2nd shift to maintain fully automated molding machines and manage post-mold operations. The role requires hands-on operation on the manufacturing floor, calibration of equipment, and thorough documentation of process settings.

You will work with process engineers to develop new manufacturing methods, participate in DOE trials, and ensure production goals, quality, and inventory control are met on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment or related skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and validate injection molding equipment.
• Collaborate on process development and parameter optimization.
• Oversee operator instructions and training materials for molding operations.
• Update service manuals, BOMs, drawings and wiring schematics.
• Recommend processes and tooling for production optimization.
• Work with design engineers to define requirements.
• Diagnose equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions.
