Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Process Technician for injection molding on the Starlink product line. The role centers on keeping fully automated injection molding machines running, performing setup, calibration, operation, and documentation for process control.

You will work on the manufacturing floor, drive production goals, and support post-mold operations, with emphasis on uptime, quality, and inventory oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment or related skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate intelligent equipment to support injection molding applications.
• Participate in process development through parameter optimization and trials to yield robust processes.
• Oversee operator instructions, parameters, checklists, and training materials for molding operations.
• Update service manuals including BOMs, drawings, and wiring schematics.
• Recommend processes, tooling, and technical solutions to optimize production runs.
• Collaborate with design engineers to define requirements.
• Diagnose equipment failures, collect data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
