Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating injection molding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must read/write basic English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Master Molder certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and shutdown injection molding machines and maintain equipment.
• Direct production schedule and perform mold/material changes.
• Conduct process troubleshooting and quality inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering on molds for sampling.
• Verify startup/inspection documents and process logs.
• Prepare support equipment before start up.
• Perform additional duties as required.
