United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Injection Molding Technician for the Starlink program. The role focuses on maintaining fully automated plastic injection molding equipment, performing setup, calibration, operation, and documentation on the production floor.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in manufacturing (injection molding preferred). You will work 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM, collaborate with design engineers, and help ensure production, quality, and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment (e.g., injection molding, machining, stamping) or related skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate injection molding equipment and processes.
• Contribute to process development via parameter optimization and trials.
• Oversee operator instructions, checklists, and training materials for molding operations.
• Update service manuals, BOMs, drawings, and wiring schematics for equipment.
• Recommend tooling and process improvements for production efficiency.
• Collaborate with design engineering to define requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Diagnose equipment failures and collect data to identify root causes and solutions.
