Job summary

Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. is hiring an Injection Molding Operator in Dover, OH to operate and monitor injection molding production lines, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires cross-training across the process and collaboration with process engineers and supervisors to implement improvements. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with injection molded parts and familiarity with MS Office, Infor XA and Minitab.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in processing injection molded parts is preferred.
• Knowledge of metallurgical analysis is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Infor XA and Minitab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor safety and required PPE.
• Ensure processes are followed and are in control and capable.
• Work to schedule to ensure parts are produced safely, with high quality, on time and under budget.
• Engage with associates and consultants to understand the entire process.
