Job summary

This position provides the expertise in running the process as defined, following production schedules in order to deliver product to our customers and meeting our goals of safety, right first time, on time delivery at or under budget. This position will require cross-training and knowledge of the entire process to produce conforming final product.Responsibilities* Continually monitor safety and required PPE* Ensure processes are being followed and are staying in control and capable* Work to the required schedule to ensure that parts are produced safely, with high quality, on time and under budget* Engage with associates and consultants to build understanding of the entire processKey AccountabilitiesSafety/Operations: Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure safe operation of all equipment. Quality: Ensure that defined processes are followed to produce parts with the best quality. Engage with supervisor, lead associates and process engineers if the process variation impedes the ability to produce quality parts.Personnel: Daily interface with other department personnel to facilitate communication within the manufacturing facility. Professional work ethic to ensure proper procedures are followed to produce quality product.
