Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies LLC in Winchester, KY seeks a Process Technician to operate and optimize injection molding processes on a 2-2-3 7pm–7am schedule. You will adjust machine settings, manage material blends, and ensure parts meet QA standards.

You will train operators, maintain safety, and collaborate with production management to reach daily goals while adhering to ISO and internal QA procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule).
• Knowledge of injection molding and ability to run an injection molding machine.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem solving and math skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
• ISO Standards knowledge.
• Positive, Can-Do Attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make changes to the machine process and material blends.
• Assist in developing an efficient process to meet daily goals set by the production management team.
• Responsible for daily processing of machines and raw material handling.
• Required to maintain control of processes for injection molding.
• Monitors and performs necessary setting adjustments on injection molding machines.
• Responsible for ensuring all parts meet IWT QA Standards, perform routine QA checks
• Assist supervisor with training utility and machine operators.
• Ensure all employees maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintains an open line of communication with all employees.
