ITW Deltar Fasteners is seeking a General Technician to operate multiple injection molding machines on a 12-hour shift and maintain production and quality standards. You will inspect, label, and package parts in line with work instructions while keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Strong reading skills and teamwork are essential for success. The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, adherence to 5S housekeeping, and reliable attendance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on housekeeping and safety (5S).
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 12-15 injection molding machines for a production cell on a 12-hour shift.
• Operate auxiliary equipment and inspect products per work instructions.
• Label and package products per customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, including ladder use when needed.
