Job summary

ITW Deltar Fasteners in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a General Technician to support production and quality goals. You will operate 12- to 15-injection molding machines on a 12-hour shift, run auxiliary equipment, inspect products, and ensure labeling and packaging meet required instructions.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a strong safety record, with good teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; shift flexibility preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 12- to 15-injection molding machines for production cell on 12-hour shift.
• Operate auxiliary equipment.
• Inspect product as per work instructions.
• Label and package product in compliance with work instructions and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other tasks may include ladder climbing.
