Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC in Fraser, MI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to own the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of injection molding machines and related equipment.

You will leverage robotics and PLC controls, read drawings, and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining safety and quality records. This role offers hands-on learning and opportunities for advancement in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years diagnosing and repairing injection molding machines and secondary equipment.
• Hands-on experience with robotics and programmable controls; troubleshoot and edit programs using the proper tools.
• Industrial electrical exposure/knowledge preferred; familiar with plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
• EOAT design/fabrication and valve gate design/installation are pluses.
• Must pass written and performance testing to operate a hi-lo; forklift experience required.
• Willing to obtain certifications for sit-down and stand-up forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Able to follow written work instructions; safety regulations.
• Self-driven continuous learner; overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of injection molding machines and secondary equipment on the floor.
• Diagnose issues using sight, sound, and instruments; replace parts to OEM tolerances.
• Calibrate and adjust controls and instrumentation; test-run equipment for performance.
• Service electrical panels and controls; maintain PM logs and safety records.
• Conduct plant-wide safety audits per OSHA/ANSI; close work orders with approvals.
• Perform preventive maintenance; manage parts/tools to close out repairs.
• Keep your own toolkit; minimize line downtime with prompt repairs.
