Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our McPherson, KS facility. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and electric Injection M molding equipment, robots, and secondary systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of troubleshooting experience, strong reading of schematics, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting injection molding and secondary equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is desired.
• Experience with robotics and programmable controls is highly preferred.
• Willingness to stay current with technology through continuous education.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electric machines, robots, and secondary equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve manufacturing methods.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime when needed.
