Job summary

Job Juncture in Fraser, MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure injection molding machinery and facility systems run smoothly from startup through full production. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues, perform mold setup and calibration, and coordinate with procurement for spare parts to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
3+ years of experience maintaining injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
2-3 years’ experience as a maintenance, electronic, or robotics technician in a manufacturing environment.
Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, robots, and support equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
Mold setup, alignment, and calibration to support efficient production launches.
Maintain machinery and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical components.
Schedule and execute periodic maintenance operations.
Order and manage spare parts inventory through procurement and maintain logs.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
