Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the packaging line, oversee safety and quality, and drive daily production plans in a fast-paced plant. You will supervise injection molding and packaging personnel, coordinate scheduling, and report performance against KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP experience, and solid English communication. Occasional overtime and a commitment to Cambro’s safety culture are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Leadership experience backing up the Shift Manager.
• ERP system experience (Prism, Intermec, AS400).
• Basic MS Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures and manuals.
• Spanish bilingualism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel operating injection molding, secondary equipment, and packaging processes.
• Monitor and report manufacturing ERP transactions, scheduling, and labor usage.
• Drive KPI attainment and communicate variance action plans.
• Provide clear directions and feedback to team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company policies.
