Job summary

Nemera is seeking an APU Setter in the United States to start, operate, and maintain molding and assembly equipment and to package molded components per specifications. This role supports TPM maintenance and adheres to 55 standards while ensuring quality at startup and during production.

It is a 223 Nights, 12-hour shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a pay range of $25.00-$40.00 per hour plus a 10% night differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk ~90% of shift.
• Must meet vision testing requirements.
• Injection molding or robotic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and run injection molding machines per startup parameters.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform line clearances and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support TPM and 55 Standards daily/weekly/monthly.
• Complete traceability documentation and quality checks.
