Job summary

Nemera is seeking an APU Setter in the United States to oversee startup, operation, and TPM maintenance of molding and assembly equipment, including packaging of molded components per specs. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing most of the shift, and adhering to Lean and ISO work standards.

You will load master cycle parameters and programs into automated systems while ensuring quality at startup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Stand and walk 90% of shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab and climb.
• Satisfy vision testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and TPM maintain molding and assembly equipment.
• Load the validated master cycle parameters into the Injection Molding machine at each startup.
• Load programs into and align automated and robotic systems.
• Ensure Injection Molding machines are running to standard and product quality meets specification at startup.
• Troubleshoot small and mid-size problems in processes; escalate as needed.
• Perform line clearances and maintain documentation.
