Zusammenfassung

Nemera is seeking an APU Setter to start, operate, and maintain molding and assembly equipment and to oversee packaging of molded components to customer specs. The role requires uptime, TPM and process improvements within a clean manufacturing environment in the United States.

Responsibilities include startup parameter loading, tool and robot alignment, alarm handling, quality documentation, and lean project participation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and PC skills expected.
• Basic mechanical skills preferred for maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of injection molding and/or robotics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supports and has knowledge of responsibilities of operator level 1 and 2.
• Complete visual inspection of product per production specification for defects.
• Load the validated master cycle parameters into the Injection Molding machine at each startup.
• Load programs into and align automated and robotic systems.
• Ensure Injection Molding machines are running to standard and product quality meets specification at each startup.
• Troubleshoot small to mid-size problems in processes; escalate as needed.
• Perform line clearances and document traceability.
• Perform color changes and material lots as required.
