• Do color changes on hoppers and grinders.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform mold/equipment changeover process.
• Remain 'on-call' for equipment failures outside normal hours.
• Monitor production schedule to prepare for set up.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for the Plant Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
• Assist tool room and Plant Manager as needed.
