Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Experience with engineering resins such as nylon, acetal, polypropylene, ABS.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines for production, including mold installation and startup.
• Program and adjust machine parameters to optimize cycle times and product quality.
• Perform mold changes and changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Inspect parts and document quality data with calipers and gauges.
• Identify and address molding defects to improve yield.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies.
