Responsibilities

• Set and adjust machine controls according to established process standards.
• Ensure efficiency levels and cycle times are sustained throughout production runs.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance and debug processes and tooling.
• Assist in mold verification, mold changes, and job setups.
• Drive process improvements including setup time reduction and scrap reduction.
• Regularly perform process troubleshooting on molding machines and equipment.
• Verify operations comply with production schedule demands.
• Review setup sheets and process parameters to ensure quality.
• Authorize full production after setup and first piece approvals.
