Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Fraser, MI seeks an Injection Molding Production Supervisor to lead daily plastics molding operations, review KPIs, confirm first-piece approvals, and align staffing to the hour-by-hour plan for safe, efficient production.

You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Materials to execute schedules, minimize scrap, and delight customers while coaching a team of 50+ associates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Manufacturing, Engineering).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day supervision of production associates to hit schedule, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan workforce needs, staffing, onboarding, and development to meet goals.
• Champion safety and OSHA compliance, ensure proper PPE use.
• Own mold changes, first-piece approvals, production reporting, and 5S housekeeping.
• Track KPIs and lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to resolve issues.
