Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking an Injection Molding Production Supervisor to lead daily molding operations on site in Michigan. You will review KPIs, approve first pieces, align hourly staffing, and remove roadblocks so the team can run safely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Materials to execute schedules, minimize scrap, and ensure on-time delivery while coaching a 50+ strong team and upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; able to juggle priorities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 50+ with Team Leader support.
• ERP savvy with IQMS preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in thermoplastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Knowledge of molding machines, tooling, plastics, automation and robotics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day supervision of production associates to hit schedule, quality, and delivery targets.
• Build a culture of teamwork and accountability across shifts and departments.
• Plan workforce needs; coordinate staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Champion safety; ensure OSHA compliance and proper PPE use.
• Own mold changes, first-piece approvals, documentation, and production reporting.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards; keep floor safe and organized.
• Track KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance; drive corrective actions.
• Lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to resolve issues quickly.
• Coach and develop employees; manage performance and attendance.
• Advance plant goals across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
