Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Fraser, MI is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, focusing on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, conveyors, and injection molding assets to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include fault isolation, preventive maintenance, and documentation of PM logs, with OSHA/ANSI safety compliance.

Robotics/PLC proficiency and forklift certification are required for this full-time, on-site role with

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on troubleshooting for injection molding machinery and related secondary equipment.
Robotics and PLC proficiency with program troubleshooting.
Industrial electrical knowledge; strong grounding in machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
Ability to read technical drawings and procedures; interpret complex instructions.
EOAT design/fabrication and valve gate design/installation experience is advantageous.
Must pass written and practical testing to operate hi-lo; forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, facilities, and grounds.
Identify mechanical or control issues using observation and test equipment; disassemble as needed.
Service electrical gear and control systems; close out work orders promptly.
Provide personal tools; ensure PMs are executed and documented.
Comply with OSHA/ANSI standards and safety protocols.
