Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Manager and Technical Manager directly and ~175 staff.
• Direct a three-shift operation and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor metrics, prepare reports, and drive improvements.
• Oversee mold changes and changeovers to meet inventory needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning on launches.
• Maintain part quality and 85% capacity utilization.
