Job summary

NDS in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate all injection molding operations. You will lead the molding floor team, interpret schedules and work orders, and ensure safe, high‑quality output.

Key duties include setting up machines, performing changes, running reports, training workers, enforcing safety and housekeeping standards, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year in injection molding,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in injection molding operations.
• Certified or certifiable to operate an industrial forklift.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of plastics injection molding practices.
• Ability to supervise groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities related to the injection molding operations.
• Interpret injection molding schedules and work orders and assign duties.
• Set up molding machines to run safely and produce quality output.
• Perform product changes on machines and related tooling.
• Inspect products to verify specifications and adjust setups for quality and cycle time.
• Train workers and enforce safety and housekeeping policies.
• Review daily production reports and maintain safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality and equipment performance.
