Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Molding Process Support Technician to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of high-volume injection molding machines to keep production running smoothly while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Process, Tooling, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to troubleshoot issues, document setups, and verify process parameters. Experience in molding ops is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in molding operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and completing tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Sumitomo and Sodick injection molding machines is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down injection molding machines according to established procedures and production priorities.
• Respond to machine alarms, troubleshoot issues, and restart equipment following corrective action.
• Perform routine mold cleaning and parting line preventive maintenance.
• Document process setup sheets and maintain accurate records.
• Clean presses of debris and purged materials.
• Verify that molds are operating within established process parameters at startup.
• Ensure finished parts, scrap, and runner waste are properly contained and handled.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production challenges.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe molding floor.
