Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a production operator to set up and operate injection molding machines, manage material changes, and troubleshoot equipment to meet daily production schedules. The role requires coordinating with QA and maintenance to ensure safety and quality across shifts.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown procedures, mold setup, and documenting downtime and color changes while maintaining inventory and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for operation and change material and color to meet production schedules.
• Make adjustments to machines to optimize production and document changes; respond to QA as needed.
• Start up and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Review production schedules to ensure capacity meets customer demands in JDE.
• Process and set up new molds; maintain cycle times and minimize downtime.
