Qualifications

• Experience operating injection molding equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot process deviations and optimize parameters.
• Willingness to work a rotating 6/3 shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform processing adjustments on injection molding equipment and related systems.
• Efficiently complete mold changes, set-ups and start-ups according to procedures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machine-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Respond to alarms to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to improve product flow and reduce scrap.
• Train Mold Set Up Technicians on processing parameters and molding principles.
• Implement real-time process monitoring and help establish process control limits.
