Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Adjust machine parameters within tolerances and suggest process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Support setup, startup, and validation of new molds, tools, and production trials.
• Optimize robot programming and automation to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
