Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of injection molding processing experience.

Responsibilities

Start, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Adjust machine parameters within tolerances and suggest process improvements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction.
Troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
Support setup, startup, and validation of new molds, tools, and production trials.
Optimize robot programming and automation to reduce cycle times.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
