Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of mold setup experience.
• 2+ years of identifying defects in injection molded parts.
• Experience operating an overhead crane is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot injection molding process issues and identify root causes.
• Operate and maintain injection molding equipment.
• Operate overhead crane to move tooling and parts.
• Maintain injection process standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to improve TRP, cycle time and scrap; start robots when needed.
