Job summary

Valeo Service in Smyrna, TN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will maintain high-speed injection molding and assembly equipment, troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on Fanuc and Kuka robots, and handle preventive and emergency repairs.

You’ll also supervise subcontractors during maintenance tasks on the 2nd shift. Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years in manufacturing or an associated technical degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical associates degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment.
• 4+ years’ electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on injection molding machines and assembly equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on Fanuc, Kuka, and other robot brands.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to unplanned repairs.
• Guide subcontractors on the 2nd shift and propose maintenance improvements.
